Tenant has a service dog who was accused of biting neighbor. They have yet to prove this took place. Landlord insisted he remove animal without proof incident occurred. Dog is now back in home. Concerns on tenant rights and whether he would lose housing voucher.

tenant rights - blocked from using online rental portal informed mgmt. was told it will look into the matter, email sent as follow-up today before I called SDCI need this to be cleared up to pay my rent

Closet rake over a year still not installed, multiple requests. Staff does not know how to anchor it to the wall never searched for studs to anchor just a bunch of fastening. Kitchen sink the nut on the pipe has never been secured I've been pushing it back into place for several years.
