Tenants notice that every time the furnace turns off, fluid can be heard leaking into the heating ducts. Two separate heating repair companies came out and both claimed that the water heater is leaking into the furnace lines an creating a mold problem. Landlord has since vacuumed out the lines, but has not made necessary repairs. The active leak is directly adjacent to electrical components.
