My landlord has issued me a 60-day notice to vacate because they say they are planning on occupying the unit, but they have rented out other units in the complex already since they gave me this notice. I have concerns that this notice is retaliatory and discriminatory. Their notice is against the moratorium by the City of Seattle's mayor, and since I have informed them, my landlords have not rescinded the notice.

Vacant building and detached garage open to entry near Ballard High School. Open crawl space allows access into main living area of house, and one of the garage doors is unsecured. Citizen witnessed High School students entering the garage. See attached email.
