observed dresser, boxes and yellow auto lift contraption in driveway and dead cut trees on planting strip. spoke to tenants and discussed code requirements as well as good neighbor policies / UNREQUIRED (keeping yard mowed and neat)

Per online complaint, "Outdoor junk storage, vegetation overgrowth, tenant occupied damaged/dangerous building." NOTE: Called complainant, he is a neighbor w/ no access to the building, said it is a rental with a lack of maintenance.
