There is a ~50 lb chunk of concrete left by the city when they put in the new parking signs on the sidewalk in front of the house in early January that is sticking out into/partially blocking the street and is a danger to pedestrians and cars driving by. The concrete is the base of the sign (typically buried) with a jagged metal pole sticking out of the top. Can you dispose of the concrete block ASAP.

Per Online; An exceptional tree of very large size (70" in diameter) was cut down on Saturday, March 19 by Snohomish Tree Company. I asked the tree crew for a permit and they didn't provide one. I was given a phone number to John McAuliffe who didn't call back (left multiple voicemails). Several photos available.
