Neighbor on the back of the property 7030 38th ave ne has built a shed next to the fence, the roofline goes over onto my property as does the roof drainage. How close can they build to the fence and is their roofline allowed to cross the property line as well as roof runoff?To add to this complaint, it appears that this owner has built a lot of additional structures in their backyard that is greater than the 40% area coverage.
