In response to the resolution of complaint 011159-24CP.The resolution states that the permit for work was issued in October. The project started in July and remains unfinished. The work listed as permitted was completed prior to October.If the permit was issued in October, then the work starting in July didn't have a permit. If there wasn't a permit for the work, does this complaint stay open?Further more, there must be some guidelines to protect tenets from being exposed to lead dust

Possible exposure to lead dust due to electrical re-wiring. The building was built prior to the 70's and later divided into apartments. Information about possible exposure wasn't provided by the owner or building manager, nor were protections put in place. The contractors did major work in my apartment for two days. After returning home in the evenings, I discovered my apartment and all my belongings covered in dust, items moved, and dangerous items (I almost injured myself) left by the wo
