Continuous waterleak in the ceiling inmy bathroom for thepast 4 weeks. Noplan of repair and the hole cut by theplumber is still there. Also, an open hole in the kitchen cabinet and I feelit's in retaliation. What are my rights?

Cockroaches are infesting the walls and the management has fired the pest control company without replacing them. There is no possible remedy for the cockroaches. They climb into the cabinets, kitchen drawers, and dresser drawers, refrigerator, and all over personal items in those locations. They're in the vents, wall sockets, hard to reach crawl spaces, holes in the wall, cracks in the molding. Multiple written complaints have been made since March 2024 without anything permanent being done to
