Per online complaint: "Substandard rental housing conditions: 1. Exterior lighting burned out and asked to be replaced, so access to stairs can be lit to prevent me from falling down. 2. Garage vehicles blocking access doors and access to rear stairs. 3. Severe black mold infestation in walls and ceilings."
