Per Online; Landlord leased basement to florists even though the building is zoned only for residential use. Tenant did not obey noise ordinances and woke us up constantly at very late and/or early hours. One night we thought someone was breaking into our apartment at 3am, only to find out the florist tenant in the basement was to blame.
