Safety of residents entering building and walk in hallway. Nonresidents on heavy drugs are entering the building and loitering on front steps and back stairway entrance to building.They are also stealing resident packages on a regular basis despite there being security lockers for packages. May residents feel unsafe. There needs to be security cameras in the entry way and main hallway to prevent theft and keep residents safe. There needs to be better security in keeping nonres

HOUSING--per online--The front door of the building is being shut down for a week and blocking egress. The back door of the building has a staircase that I suspect is not up to code. If I am reading the code correctly, an apartment building of this size will need to have at least 2 routes of egress. This is especially worrying because they have let the residents know that the work that they are doing is highly flammable.
