For months they have been doing construction and blocking the road on 15th Ave between E Cherry St and E Columbia St. There is never road closed signage. I assume they are not paying for the permits to close the road, which is reducing the fees paid to the City, which means we tax payers are making up for their (a private for profit developer) lack of payment.
