My landlord required me to register my pets with a third party service, Pet Screening. Pet Screening required us to pay a non-refundable registration fee. Additionally, we do not agree with Pet Screening's terms of service, and their terms state: "IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES". I have repeatedly brought to the attention of my property manager, the issue of the residents above me (310) causing a noise disturbance (excessive and loud stomping, bangs, and thuds) during all times of the day and especially between 4 AM through 8 AM.
