Currently moving into home on 20th. After signing lease, found out downstairs area has hoarding/animal waste situation. Was guaranteed this would be resolved prior to move in. Has requested vents are covered during time they are handling downstairs unit. Black mold currently in home. Seeking tenant rights info.
