Per Online; Excessively loud all night partying after 11PM and until 3 AM. Can be heard over 75 feet away. Over 15 people gathering and also doing drugs. Police have been called but no response given no weapons or other criminal activity. Landlord has been contacted repeatedly but says he can't do anything given tenant laws.
