Per Online; House was demolished 2 weeks ago. They completely tore up and removed the grass planting strip and placed huge rocks there now. Is that legal? Is that safe?Additionally, there is zero safety fencing anywhere. There's no fencing at all. Right from the sidewalk anyone can fall into the huge hole, or the rebar everywhere. Nascent for kids and residents on this block.
