There are several extra large bags of trash sitting on side of my neighboring vacant home. They are being trashed by animals and spread all over the yard. The house has been empty for over a year after the renter commited suicide.These bags just appeared recently so no idea where they came from or what they may contain-possibly needles? drug paraphernalia?
