I would like to report an issue regarding overgrown vegetation blocking the walkway commonly used by elementary school students. Combined with parked cars nearby, pedestrians, children, and people with baby strollers are forced to walk onto the road to get past. Since this is located at a turn, it is extremely dangerous. Please look into this as soon as possible

Here we are, a year later, and it's time for the same complaint. This property owner refuses to maintain the pedestrian right of way and sidewalk areas. Blackberry canes cross the sidewalk on the north side (N.E. 77th St.), even reaching over the abandoned vehicle that has been parked there (California plates) for months. Vegetation completely blocks pedestrian passage on the east side (40th Ave. N.E.).

This long-term rental has been a neighborhood disgrace for eons. In particular, every year blackberry brambles overrun the sidewalk and street on the north side of the house, and the unfinished sidewalk along the front (east) side of the house is also barely useable due to overgrown weeds, brush, and more blackberries.

Blocking sidewalk or stairway on the corner of 40th AVE NE and 77th Street Seattle, overgrown grasses and black berries are making students difficult to walk to school without having to walk down to the street. This is causing safety concern for parents.
