per online complaint: They're currently doing a construction to build a bike lane on the parking lot on Cheshiahud lake union loop. The jackhammering or some kind of really loud hammering sound started around 7 30. According to the rule, excessively loud continuous noise should start after 8. I have a voice file recorded
