I am a current tenant. The central bedroom, located in the basement AADU, has experienced water leaking in from the baseboard when it rains (aprox 2 gallons) on two separate occasions. Water has also come into the bathroom and cause water damage (aprox 10 gallons) on one occasion. This has happened a total of three times since January 1, 2022.
