Landlord called Complainant Line with questions about Just Cause Eviction. Ongoing disputes over heating system in rental property (i.e., tenant didn't use gas furnace last year, which resulted in condensation in ducts and subsequent water damage - tenant told landlord that space heaters were the heating source of preference and agreed to allow landlord to seal air ducts in order to prevent further water damage). Tenant now complains to the City about inadequate heat as a form of retaliation. T
