Property has a wooden shed facing the alley. The shed is rotting and noticeably falling apart. The wall of the shed facing the alley has become warped and appears like it is going to collapse into the alley in the next few days unless action is taken soon.

hot water tank is out this happened on mon 6/21 landlord is aware of issue asked if I can wait until Jul to have it fixed this is not acceptable I need my water tank fixed now not weeks from now
