Neighbor is building a few townhomes. Dec 12th electricity was started. Dual fire alarm and carbon monoxide alarm going off. Happening on a regular basis. Last two night it is going off all night long. Possible carbon monoxide build up. Wants to ensure construction is safe and up to code.

Per online complaint: "Too many cars parked on lawn in front of house which are blocking the sidewalk. I have a picture of it. All the time there are various amounts of cars parked on small lawn from one to three."

Per online complaint "The person that lives there (not owner) parks on grass in front of house which is all mud and mud on sidewalk. Because of really muddy sidewalk, people go around and walk on street to avoid mud. Also, I have seen this person drive up on side walk in front of my house to back into their front yard."
