PER PHONE COMPLAINT: TRAO & JCEO inquiry.Previous owner provided 90 day notification of sale. Complainant was notified on 12/26/16 to vacate by end of March 2017. The new owner has started construction of additional units at rear of property and has plans to redevelop Complainants unit. This development will require Complainant to move from unit. Complainant wants to know if this is a JCEO violation and if she qualifies for TRAO funds. She has not moved due to the inability to find affordable h
