This is a repeat complaint. The City response continues to indicate that SDCI does not review drainage. I have spoken to both SDCI and the Inspector and this is SDCI responsibility and not SPU. Drainage from the project's private driveway is ponding and draining onto an an adjacent private driveway. Per Online; The Private property with the designated address of 7938 C Seward Park Ave South is currently under construction. Due to the rain events, it appears there is ponding water within the foundation footprint. The construction crews have been pumping this water via a small pump and hose to off the property onto Prichard Beach, which is Parks Property. They do not have a Revocable Use Permit to do this work. The stormwater is turbid and may impact the park property.

The tree protection zone fencing has been moved and a driveway is being built in the tree protection zone.
