I have reported this vegetation five (5) previous times during 2024 & 2025! I fully intend to make sure that SDOT will correct these violations ASAP in 2026. This address has two (2) bushes/trees adjacent to the sidewalk, one near the north end of their frontage, and one near the south end. The small tree at the north end blocks up to half (2 ft) of the narrow old (1942) 4-ft sidewalk each summer, leaving inadequate room for pedestrians. The bush near the south end has only about 5'-7" vertical

This is a repeat complaint because I have reported this very same issue multiple times for more than one year. In 2025, I first reported it on Aug. 15 as Complaint No. 25-00253993. SAFETY HAZARD: SMC 10.52.030 B.2. - Vegetation obstructing - a large bush tree on the NW corner of this lot overhangs half of the horizontal width of the already-narrow old 4-foot-wide sidewalk. Also, there is no more than about 4 feet of vertical clearance (8 feet is required by law), forcing pedestrians to walk in
