Water enters basement thru cracks along the base of the foundation when it rains. The manager attached a 2' flexible plastic piece onto the end of the downspout to direct water away from the residence. The tenant contends that this will not fix the cracks in the basement walls.9/30/04 COMPLAINANT CALLED AGAIN AND ADDED THAT SHE DOESN'T HAVE A SMOKE DETECTOR
