Site is undergoing significant remodel and renovations by unlicensed contractors. Construction and work is being preformed at all hours of the night, oftentimes past midnight. I don't believe that there is a permit for construction to be done, I couldn't find one.

per online complaint: Unauthorized construction, sidewalk destroyed and blocked by make shift signage. A danger to the community and has limited access on north side of the street.
