Complainant is a tenant in the lower unit. For the past 4 days, the sewer has been backing up onto the bathroom floor. Tenant cannot use shower, toilet, sink, etc. Furthermore, additional backups occur when the tenants use water upstairs. Backyard floods with sewage as well - roots observed in pipes. Complainant contacted plumber to make repairs; however, the landlord told plumber to leave premises (he would fix it himself). Nothing has been done to address problem. Also, there has been an ongo
