Per Online; Construction site next door is rattling the foundation of our building, overtly loud and has lots of concrete dust whirling around our building during drilling of concrete.construction next door is occupying our resident parking lot, residents of rear resident parking complain of sharp metals and nails on parking surface. Bed bugs in common area and other units in building. Complainant is a new tenant who has had her unit treated. She hasn't moved in yet because she wants it inspected first. She says there are bed bugs in the building and bed bugs move.
