My landlord did not allow me 30-60 days to review my lease renewal. He sent a notice of rent increase without proper documentation and a lease renewal addendum only two weeks prior to my current lease ending. This is now my second experience with my landlord not providing a new lease offer in alignment with SMC 7.24.030.J.1. Both last year and this year, I did not receive lease renewal offers within 60-90 days of the leases expiration. My property manager has not addressed a maintenance request that was submitted almost a month ago, continues to mark repairs as complete when they have not been addressed, and sends maintenance with no proper notice or contact details. When I addressed this with him, he gave me less than 24 hours notice that a repairman would be at my apartment and said that I would be responsible for damages if I did not allow them entry.

My landlord has sent someone to conduct repairs on my unit several times without two days written notice and without the purpose/time of the proposed entry, a phone number, and name of a person who I can call to reschedule on the written notices.
