On 6/18 at about 4am, the dumpster area behind this building caught on fire. The abundance of trash and furniture left in this area has been an ongoing problem. There is frequently trash spilled into the street from the dumpster, and the same furniture has been sitting back there for months. The dumping does not appear to be part of regular waste management and requires prompt cleanup and enforcement. SPU: Private Property, Please refer to SD

I work in the Graystone Condominium building on 8th Avenue, and we share an alley with the Envoy Apartments. There is a consistent amount of trash left from overflowing dumpsters all over the alley which invites homeless people to sleep back there and rummage through the garbage, spreading to the other side of the alley which we have to maintain, as well as all kinds of furniture being dumped from the residents of this building with no one to pick it up. We have attempted to contact the propert
