Toxic mold was discovered in the unit by professional inspections and possibly the entire building due to very high humidity, roof leaks, dry rot, and deferred maintenance. This and several other issues have been reported to the landlord however they are unwilling to repair/resolve.

HOUSING & POTA--per online--We rented Unit #2 from the owner through Seattle Furnished Suites. They entered the apartment without notice before our lease term was up, but, more importantly, the unit did not seem up to code. The bedrooms lacked any smoke alarms, wiring out of the walls was exposed, and there was insufficient ventilation, as well as the distinct smell of mold towards the end of our stay.
