Per CSB; Residents of 8325 44th Ave S are using sidewalk and lawn as parking, which has caused the entire strip of sidewalk along their home on Renton Ave S to be inaccessible for pedestrians due to mud.

Per online: In the backyard of this property the occupants store their garbage. today there are at least 10 bags of garbage. They let garbage build up and then it goes away. Lots of illegal dumping going on two houses down on the corner of 44th Ave & S Thistle St. Don't know that its related. Many rats.
