Per Online; My primary complain is regarding the non-refundable deposit I paid upon moving into 833 NW 51st St, Unit B, Seattle WA 98107. At the time of signing the lease (Dec 21, 2019), I felt that a $1000 non-refundable deposit was unfair, but the landlord insisted it was a choice they were free to make, since it offered them peace of mind. I took their word for it, but recently learned that it greatly exceeds the limit described in 7.24.035.B.4 of the Seattle Municipa
