copied from 5/8/13 online complaint: "Demolition work is being done without a permit at existing structures in the rear yard of 8336 Mary Ave NW. The roof and all fixtures have been removed. There is no job site sign or permit information posted. This property is being proposed for subdivision and development per project #3015024."I spoke to complaintant and he said it appears they are demolishing the adu structure. There are no demo permits.

A crack/hole appeared in his son's bedroom about 4 months ago. It is letting in mold, oder and mice. The room is unusable. He reported the problem but they have not tried to fix it yet. He had a bad toilet which he had to use a bucket of water to flush which they eventually replaced but the new one doesn't work well either. It has to be flushed about 3 times.
