hi - there has been raw sewage flowing from the property for over 2 years; every 30 - 45 days their sewage system plugs up and raw sewage flows into the allley for weeks until someone notifies the property manager. they need to spend 75,000 to fix the problem. - i have several videos doccumenting this problem i have taken over the last few years. property owner is mt baker housing - buidling is called mt baker commons 8340 rainier ave s, seattle property manger is randy at 509 387 0926

BROKEN SEWER PIPE IN BUILDING - SEWAGE FLOWING INTO ALLEY. THIS HAS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR A LONG TIME - WHERE EVERY FEW MONTHS - THE SEWAGE FLOWS INTO THE ALLEY - FRON UNDER THE PAVING IN THE PARKING LOT OF THE APARTMENT BUILDNG. - I HAVE TALKED TO THEM - AND THEY REFUSE TO GET A PLUMBER TO LOOK AT THIS. - SORRY TO CONTACT YOU - THEY ARE JUST NOT MOTIVATED - I MARKED IN ORANGE PAINT WHERE THE SEWAGE IS EMERGING IN P..LOT
