Our apt building is at 8358 13th Ave. NW. There is a townhouse project going up right next door by Shelter Homes Seattle. Our tenants can get by with the construction noise, but it's the loud music played above the construction noise constantly and sometimes on Saturdays that is unacceptable. They've complained numerous times and I've talked with the project manager whom says they're well within their rights. I've tried calling police but they're message says to try calling ba

Per Online; Construction on the lot just south of me. It has been loud and going on for months, and they only have the first unit of many framed. They work long hours with extremely loud equipment. I work from home, and it disturbs my calls and general concentration. And now they are working on the weekend too. Today, when I'd like to be relaxing, I'm hearing saws and loud hammers and nail repeaters all morning long. Not to mention the loud music (which is much better
