PER ONLINE: I live across from this address 8380 LOYAL WAY NW SEATTLE. I see they have a permit. there are no posted signs for developing this land and no notices were received via mail. they are building a new building with forms now. I wasn't sure the requirements on this but thought it was a bit odd. I'm not especially upset... but wanted clarification if they were supposed to have some kindof notice up? what is this project going to look like? etc? I see they do have a p
