Per CSB; No permits for construction work underway. Soil excavation,rocks placed on sidewalk,cement rubble brought in from off site. No erosion control in place. No utility locates.Area overlaps ROW and private Soil was left uncovered,placed on sidewalk a few days, Street drains nearby No photos Since 8/19/19 workers dug out old landscape soil and debris,and replaced with mulch.
