Construction without permits? Caller not sure what kind of construction is occuring at his neighbor's home, but dirt is pouring down into his yard from the hill and he is concerned about TESC measures and that powerlines may be disturbed as they're very close.(Not sure if the work is occurring at 8434 or 8440 36th Ave SW - history & maps included for both addresses.)
