Complainant is a tenant who moved in a week ago. The unit is infested with flea from previous tenant with a cat. Complainant needs to terminate tenancy due to unhabitable conditions. The landlord is blaming the flea issue on a current tenant.

Complainant is a tenant who has recently moved in. Room has dropped ceiling with no ceiling tiles, just the frames in place with cloth material laid out (instead of installing actual tiles). Furthermore, black mold is present in the kitchen, specifically around the dishwasher.
