Complaint: Construction
Opened March 10, 2026
For the past two days, an unfiltered generator has been producing a plume of diesel smoke from the street into the balconies and homes that are above and nearby the first floor unit where construction work is being performed. This smoke can be smelled throughout the neighborhood and is a nusiance due to the toxic air pollution being created. This is an extremely dense neighborhood (center of Greenwood) affecting hundreds of nearby residents.

Now management is saying we are not allowed to purchase or alter unit. I've already purchased the refrigerator and now we fear retaliation or eviction. What are our rights?
