The building received written notice of maintenance request on October 4 to fix the garage door, which houses over 50 vehicles. The garage door is an urgent security issue as the garage has experienced theft multiple times in the last year (police reports have been filed). Jasper Apartments has failed to maintain the door within 10 days and there has been no indication that any relevant vendors or maintenance personnel are scheduled or have been onsite.

I applied to rent an apartment at Jasper Apartments. The landlord has refused to offer me a lease, violating Seattle's First In Time law. They have also not refunded a $300 holding deposit that they accepted in order to hold the unit for me. My application was on 9/1/26.
