Per Online; My landlord did not disclose that my electric bill would be a mixed load. I was told that he took my name off the account and I was not privy to this. Then he told me I owed him an almost $900 bill! He also is trying to keep my security deposit, which he never did a walk through with me. He lives in California and I was not given a local property manager to call. We had floods, leaks, break ins, and we had to deal with everything ourselves from faulty water h
