Building owner has stacked dry pine needles and pine cones on roof of 4-plex and in yard which has created a great place for ants to live. Now complainant's unit has ants. Also has mold issues and wants a housing inspection. Wanted complaint to be "anonymous" but I explained we had to be able to see the ant infestation and mold before we could do anything about it.
