Property owner has rented this home since 2010 but fails to check on renters and maintain the property. In the past 12 years, renters have continually put old cars, mattresses and piled junk in the driveway. Excessive vegetation growth is always a problem. Numerous complaints of noise, excessive partying and dog barking have fallen on deaf ears. Currently there are 2 unlicensed, inoperable cars- one hanging into the alley. The large boat and ski-do are also inoperable. Trash

Furniture, mattress, rugs etc scattered on driveway for weeks. Owners said they were tired of looking at stuff in garage so moved it out on the driveway.
