For over a year now the neighborhood is woken up at 7 am with super loud construction that is non stop. We are unable to get sleep, have to listen to non stop banging all day long, and see no end in sight. I have multiple recordings of how loud the noise is from my bedroom at 7 am every day. We never get a break and it's not fair or healthy to have to live with this noise for so long. If a project is going to take years then the allowed times of construction need to be adjuste

Per Online; Construction company has permanently blocked west sidewalk and is now blocking the east sidewalk as well. There is no pedestrian access except in the lanes of traffic. K&D Services, Traffic Management 800-343-4049 is responsible for this problem.
