POTA--per phone call--Kathleen McKenzie called on behalf of daughter who is disabled/mildly retarded and has a son who has autism. Her daughter has gotten a notice to move because of cat smells. She has had past violations and if she receives 3 she can be asked to move. Wants to know if there are any loopholes to help her daughter
