Furniture in planting strip/priv. prop. Dumped furniture in rain. Nobody wants it. They were dumped by residents of rental house with outdoor storage of tons of personal belongings for extended period of time.Per SPU Inspector: FURNITURE CAME FROM THE PROPERTY AND THERE'S MORE JUNK STORAGE IN THE DRIVEWAY AND PRIVATE PROPERTY.
